1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Queen City Prompts, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Queen City Prompts is an AI prompt generator that helps you create detailed, platform-specific prompts for use with third-party AI tools. Queen City Prompts generates prompts only. Images, videos, audio, code, and other outputs are created by third-party AI services selected by you. Queen City Prompts does not control or guarantee the quality, accuracy, legality, or availability of outputs produced by third-party AI services.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Free and Pro Plans
The Free plan includes a limited number of prompts per month. The Pro plan offers a higher monthly prompt allowance and additional features for a monthly or annual fee. Plan limits may change at any time with reasonable notice.
5. Billing Policy
- Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
- Customers may cancel anytime through their account or the Stripe Customer Portal.
- Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period.
- Prompt Credits are one-time purchases, never expire, and are non-transferable.
- Unused monthly prompts do not roll over to the next billing cycle.
6. Refund Policy
- Due to the immediate delivery of digital services and Prompt Credits, all sales are generally final.
- Refunds may be issued only for duplicate charges, billing errors, or verified technical issues that prevent access to purchased services.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction.
- Refunds required by applicable law will be honored.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service to create prompts intended to generate content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, abusive or harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, exploitative, or that otherwise violates applicable laws or the policies of third-party AI platforms. You are solely responsible for both the prompts you generate and any resulting content produced by third-party AI tools using those prompts.
8. Third-Party Services
Queen City Prompts is designed to work with third-party AI platforms. Those platforms have their own terms of service, pricing, availability, and content policies. Queen City Prompts is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for the services or outputs of those third-party platforms.
9. AI-Generated Prompt Disclaimer
AI-generated prompt suggestions may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unsuitable recommendations. You should review and edit prompts before using them with any third-party AI tool.
10. Intellectual Property
Users retain any rights they may have in prompts they create, subject to applicable law and the terms of any third-party AI platform used to generate resulting content. The platform's design, branding, and software are protected by intellectual property laws.
11. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of generated prompts for any particular purpose.
12. Limitation of Liability
Queen City Prompts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or from content produced by third-party AI tools using prompts generated through the service.
13. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the service, at our discretion and without prior notice.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
