When you visit the site, we automatically collect approximate location information derived from your IP address — including country, state or region, and city — along with technical details such as browser, operating system, and device type. This approximate location data is used for analytics and is not precise enough to identify your street address.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve the service, track usage for plan limits, generate analytics for platform improvement, and communicate with you about your account.
3. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. Access to personal information is limited to authorized personnel who need it to operate, maintain, or improve the service.
4. AI Processing
Queen City Prompts uses one or more trusted third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI) to generate prompts. When you generate a prompt, your selections and idea description are securely transmitted to the applicable provider(s) solely to generate the requested prompt. Processing is subject to the provider's applicable privacy practices. The provider(s) used may change over time.
5. Data Retention
Your saved prompts remain in your account until you delete them. Upon account deletion, your personal information will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or legitimate business purposes.
6. Payment Information
Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Queen City Prompts does not store full payment card information.
7. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services for authentication, AI processing, payments, and analytics. This includes third-party analytics services that help us understand aggregate visitor traffic and platform usage, and a third-party IP geolocation service that derives approximate country, state, and city from your IP address. These services may receive limited data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, and are governed by their own privacy policies.
8. International Users
If you are located outside the United States, you understand and acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where our servers and service providers are located.
9. Your Rights
You can view, edit, and delete your saved prompts at any time. You can delete your account from the Account or Pricing page. You may request export of your data by contacting support.
10. Cookies
We use essential cookies to maintain your session and authenticate your account. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.
11. Children's Privacy
The service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
